Anaheim (Calif.) Servite three-star wide receiver Delon Hurt committed to Utah yesterday. Hurt chose Utah over offers from BYU, Colorado, and Washington State among others.

Hurt can play on both sides of the ball at wide receiver on offense and cornerback and safety on defense. He can play both slot receiver and outside receiver on offense. Hurt is 6’ 0”, 190. He could play both ways at Utah.
Another of Utah’s targets in the 2018 class is a teammate of Hurt, four-star safety Julius Irvin, who is down to Michigan, Notre Dame, USC, Utah, and Washington. Getting Hurt might help Utah land Irvin as well.
