Get ready to hear more University of Utah Football games on ESPN 700. The University of Utah athletics and its multimedia rights holder, Learfield’s Utes Sports Properties, announced an agreement to extend their flagship radio partnership with Broadway Media-owned ESPN 700 through the 2021-22 season.
ESPN 700 has been home to Utah athletics since 1951 and will continue its live game coverage of football and men’s and women’s basketball, and their respective coaches’ shows. This year the station will also roll out some new content by airing Utah gymnastics meets, as well as weekday night and weekends home baseball games. The Bill Riley Show will also have new segments for the 2017-18 season and will highlight Utah’s other intercollegiate sports.

“We are ecstatic to create a new agreement with Utes Sports Properties and remain the radio flagship home for Utah Athletics for the next five years,” said Kayvon Motiee, President for Broadway Media in Salt Lake City. “There’s not a better time than right now to be associated with the University of Utah. Broadway Media and ESPN 700 will work hard to continue to build on the Utes’ legacy that’s been established.”
