Utah at Arizona Open Thread

It starts for real tonight! The Utes are in Tucson to take on Arizona in the Pac-12 opener for both teams. The Utes are 3-0 after wins over North Dakota, BYU and San Jose State. Arizona is 2-1 with their lone loss coming to Houston, at home. The ‘Cats are in so many ways the same team we saw last year at Rice-Eccles, at least offensively. They are healthier than they were last year, especially at the running back spot, but the QB remains the same. On defense, they are starting a bunch of young freshmen, and after last year, I can’t blame them. Utah still has the advantage in the trenches and that should be a major factor in this game.

A lot of people are still skeptical of Utah, and a good, clean game tonight could prove a lot of things about this team. However, if Utah is sloppy and un disciplined, they could end up on the wrong side of the upset.

Join us here as the game happens!

Go Utes!
