Utah opens with 100/1 to win the College Football Playoff National Championship

Last night was the National Championship Game, while it was a good game, it was also awful because it had a team that didn’t win their divison win it. Regardless, we are now 233 days away from kickoff at Rice-Eccles, so the odds have come out for next years championship favorites. ‘Bama, Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State lead the pack, which is not really a surprise. The Utes are on the board, and they are at 100/1 odds. Those aren’t terrible odds, and with a team returning as many starters as they are, it may not be crazy to go lay down a couple of bucks on the Utes.

I’m curious of what the odds will be for the Utes to win the Pac-12 South and the Pac-12, because that’s the important thing for the Utes in 2018. This will be Utah’s most talented team arguabily, and the one most built to make a run for the Pac-12 title.
