When the Utah Utes (3-2, 1-2 Pac-12) host the Arizona Wildcats (3-3, 2-1 Pac-12), the theme is the annual Ute Proud game. The Utes will wear a slightly new helmet for the game. Utah will use the same Ute Proud Block U variation that we saw against the San Jose State Spartans last year, but they have tweaked the center stripe. They also are using a red facemask instead of black like last year.
Here is the uniform for tomorrow’s game:

Here is the uniform from last year for comparison:

Utah is wearing a white helmet with a red jersey and red pants for the first time since losing to the Oregon Ducks at home in 2016, the only other time they wore that color combination. I really like the helmet, but I honestly would have preferred white pants with this look (or the black jersey and white pants like last year), but I do think it is a good look.
What do you think of this look?
