We’re back at Rice-Eccles, after a month! After a couple of road games and a bye, the Utes are back home to take on the Arizona Wildcats in what is Utah’s first Pac-12 South game of the season. The Utes seemed to have found themselves last week against Stanford, by putting up 40 on the Cardinal. The Utes could even their conference record at 2-2 ahead of a pivotal matchup against USC next week.
Arizona started slow this season, but they’ve picked up a couple of wins over the last few weeks. They haven’t played the hardest of competition, so they have put up some good numbers against some inferior competition. Everyone’s eyes will be on Khalil Tate and whether he really tries to run wild, or if he’ll continue to stay in the pocket. I know the Utes would love for him to stay in the pocket and try to beat them with his arm.
Regardless, it’s a big game for the Utes, and one they are favored pretty heavily in, and hopefully they take care of business.
