The No. 23 Utah Utes (5-2, 3-2 Pac-12) are wearing a familiar uniform combination against the UCLA Bruins (2-5, 2-2 Pac-12) tonight. For the third year in a row, Utah will wear black-white-black in their game in Los Angeles, Calif. Utah wore the “Handcrafted” black helmets when Joe Williams set a school record with 332 yards in 2016, helping Utah beat UCLA. In 2017, Utah came up just short 28-27 at the USC Trojans in black-white-black.

The bigger uniform-related news might be the decal to honor Lauren McCluskey, the former Utah track athlete who was tragically murdered on campus on Monday. The Utes sports teams around campus have honored her memory. This is a wonderful touch, the decal will appear on the back of the helmet.
We will wear this decal on the back of our helmets during the game this Friday to honor Lauren McCluskey. #UteFamily pic.twitter.com/zdwTRW0vJq
