Block U Pac-12 Power Poll

NCAA Football: Utah at Arizona State Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

You know what, I don’t even know what’s going to happen at all in this conference. Up is down, left is right, and teams lose when they shouldn’t. Or they lose key players during the stretch run. Either way, outside of Wazzu right now, who can really rank these teams? I’m keeping Utah high on my ballot, because I’m stubborn and think they can still be a really good team even with their losses. Overall, though, this conference is a mess. I’m not going to be surprised really by any outcome for the remainder of the season. We all have the Utes, Stanford and Oregon all basically in the same area of the poll, and ASU surging up after a couple of nice wins, just knocking on the door behind those three. Oregon State has actually shown a pulse over the last few weeks, which is a nice development, and UCLA is just trying to salvage whatever they can from this season. The wildcard I still think is Colorado. I really have no idea how good they are. I think they’re a solid team, but I’m not sure. Washington also seemly got their legs back under them a bit after the disaster against Cal.

For the Utes, the season boils down to 2 games, can they close it out?
