The Utah Utes (15-9, 7-6) travel to Seattle, Wash. to take on the Washington Huskies (17-8, 7-5). The game tips off at 7:00 p.m. MT (6:00 p.m. local time) and will be televised on Pac-12 Networks.
The last time out the Runnin’ Utes dominated the Bay Area schools at the Huntsman Center, defeating the Stanford Cardinal 75-60 on Thursday and hammered Cal 77-43 on Saturday. The Huskies are coming off back-to-back losses for the first time this season since falling to Utah and Stanford when they lost to both Oregon schools on the road (65-40 at Oregon and 97-94 at Oregon State in 2OT).
Utah has won five-straight games against Washington and are 9-3 against the Huskies since joining the Pac-12. Utah also leads the all-time series 14-9, but Utah is only 4-6 in Seattle all-time. Winning in Seattle has been tough for teams this year. UW is 13-2 in Alaska Airlines Arena, only falling to Gonzaga (97-70) and Stanford (73-64). In their last two home games, UW downed Arizona State (68-64) and Arizona (78-75), both top 25 teams.
Join us here at Block U to discuss the game as the Runnin’ Utes try to extend their win streak to six over the Huskies.
