Utah football has announced the signing of Katy (Texas) Cinco Ranch strong-side athlete Brant Kuithe. Kuithe and his twin brother Blake committed to Utah back January on the same day. Kuithe held offers from Power Five teams Colorado and Iowa State and multiple Group of Five offers.
Kuithe is listed as an athlete because there are multiple different positions he could play. He can play wide receiver, H back, and running back. This amount of versatility is intriguing because it gives Utah options on how they want to use him. He ripped off multiple long runs as a running back in high school, and his flexibility could make him a weapon in Utah’s offense. I would not be surprised if he exceeds his recruiting ranking as a Ute.
