Utah’s odds to win the Pac-12 tournament

The post season is here, and before the Pac-12 tournament started, the Bovada released their odds for all of the conference tournaments. The Utes come in with the 5th best odds to win the league at 8/1. The thing I’m curious about is if this took the David Collette injury into consideration. If so, I think this makes sense, if not, I like Utah better than Oregon and maybe UCLA. Utah will likely face Oregon in the quarterfinals of the tournament, and Oregon is always a tough match up. The question will be, if that is the match up, and if Collette can’t (or can) go, how will Utah match up with the Ducks athleticism. Arizona is the easy favorite for the league, Ayton has been a monster this season, especially of late. I do think this is an open tournament, and a lot of teams can walk away with this, and that’s pretty reflected in these odds.
