What are Utah’s odds to win the Pac-12?

NCAA Football: Heart of Dallas Bowl-Utah vs West Virginia Ray Carlin-USA TODAY Sports

Let’s talk odds to win the Pac-12. The Bovada has released their odds for the various teams to win the Pac-12, and Utah falls where you’d pretty much expect them. The Utes have the 5th best odds to win the league with 16/1 odds, between Oregon and Arizona. UW is the favorite by a long shot, which they should be. I still think USC is still a mystery with the turning over a lot of big names.

Here’s the overall odds to win the league:

Washington 21/20

USC 9/2

Stanford 5/1

Oregon 8/1

Utah 16/1

Arizona 18/1

Arizona State 35/1

UCLA 40/1

California 60/1

Colorado 60/1

Washington State 80/1

Oregon State 500/1

Washington 5/8

Stanford 7/2

Oregon 4/1

California 25/1

Washington State 30/1

Oregon State 125/1

Everyone is wondering if this is the year that the Utes will win the South. They may be the most complete team of the group, but they play the hardest schedule, crossing over with all of the North favorites. Arizona is a mystery too, with the new coaching staff, and how Tate mixes with that group. I think I’d still throw money down on Utah, because I think they have all the makings of winning the South.

What do you think? Is Utah where they should be in this pecking order?
