Pac-12 play gets started for the Utah Utes (2-0) when they host the No. 10 Washington Huskies (1-1) tonight at 8:00 p.m. MT in Rice-Eccles Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN. Utah will have their annual blackout game tonight. This is the only Pac-12 Conference game this week and is the game of the week in the conference. After a season-opening loss to the Auburn Tigers, the Huskies likely need to win out to have a chance to make the College Football Playoff. Utah is looking to win the Pac-12 South for the first time, and they could take a big step towards that with a win tonight. Utah struggled last week at the Northern Illinois Huskies, ultimately winning 17-6. However, remember back to last season how much Utah struggled at home against the Washington State Cougars before giving Washington everything they could handle in Seattle the next week. Utah and UW play a very similar style of football, and this game should be a slugfest.
