Defensive end Derrick Shelby missed his last game against the New Orleans Saints due to a groin injury and it is unknown if he will participate in Sunday’s game against the Bengals.

Baltimore Ravens Free Safety Eric Weddle:

Eric Weddle had 4 tackles in the Baltimore Ravens’ win against the Denver Broncos. The former Ute also wore the defensive headset while linebacker C.J. Mosley was sidelined with a bone bruise on his knee.

Buffalo Bills Defensive tackle Star Lotulelei:

Star Lotulelei had 24 snaps in the win over the Minnesota Vikings. Lotulelei is facing a lot of criticism in the headlines this season for not putting up any stats or having any tackles.

Carolina Panthers Linebacker Jared Norris:

Jared Norris did play in the win against the Cincinnati Bengals but didn’t put up any stats.

Chicago Bears Linebacker Kylie Fitts:

Kylie Fitts didn’t play in the win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Garett Bolles, Devontae Booker and Tim Patrick (Denver Broncos):

The Denver Broncos lost to the Baltimore Ravens. Garrett Bolles finished with 66 snaps and didn’t get on the stat board. Devontae Booker had 5 rushing attempts, 10 rushing yards, 5 receptions, 34 receiving yards and 1 kick return for 23 yards. Tim Patrick didn’t have any stats.

Chargers Tackle Sam Tevi:

Sam Tevi started the loss against the Los Angeles Rams. He’s been getting more playing time due to injuries on the team. I can’t wait for him to find his groove so he can start putting up numbers. Phillip Rivers recently referred to Tevias “super athletic” and says he will “get better with more and more reps.”

New England Patriots Defensive Back Eric Rowe:

Eric Rowe sat out in the team’s loss to the Detroit Lions due to a groin injury and it is unknown if he will be available on Sunday against the Dolphins.

New Orleans Saints Free Safety Marcus Williams:

The New Orleans Saints beat the Atlanta Falcons. Marcus Williams had 4 tackles.

Washington Redskins Quarterback Alex Smith:

Ale Smith attempted 20 passes and completed 12 of them. He threw for 2 touchdowns, 1 interception and had 20 rushing yards. Two plays that stood out to me were in the second quarter. The first one was near the 7-minute mark on 3rd and 6 when Smith avoided the blitz and completed a 34-yard pass to tight end Jordan Reed. The second play was on 1st and goal near the 4:30 mark when Smith connected with wide receiver Jamison Crowder right up the middle and squeezed the ball between two defenders for a 9-yard touchdown.
