This is something that brightened my day, as the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year Zack Moss, and per the Salt Lake Tribune, the other seniors on Utah’s football team, are planning to suit up one last time in the Alamo Bowl.
Zack Moss is headed to the NFL, so why risk injury and play in the Alamo Bowl? He explains at length tonight on Talkin' Sports after @KUTV2News at 10. Here is a little tease... pic.twitter.com/MtXYuFJlK5

I wondered if guys like Moss, Bradlee Anae and Leki Fotu were going to suit up for Utah, or if they would choose to sit out, similar to Jaylon Johnson, and prepare for the NFL. While this Utah team isn’t going to be full strength, at least on the defensive side of the ball, we should see an almost complete offense, which I’m sure want to put out a better effort than we saw in the Pac-12 Championship Game last week. Utah coach Kyle Whittingham said there were hopes to have Bryan Thompson back for the bowl
Also, it was announced that Texas transfer quarterback Cam Rising is eligible to play in this game as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if he saw a couple plays in the game, maybe in some gimmick scenarios, but I think the Utes want to ride out with Tyler Huntley in his final game as a Ute.
