Utah at Washington State Open Game Thread

The Utes are coming off an ugly loss a few nights ago at Washington. They went almost 15 minutes without making a field goal, and they were constantly rushed against the Huskies zone. Now the Utes then their attention to Wazzu, as they hope to salvage a split on the road. The Utes will be without Timmy Allen once again, and they’ll need to find some offensive rhythm.

Washington State is playing better now than they were when the Utes beat them at the Huntsman Center, but this is still a win the Utes should get. It’s a win the wins need to get. If they lose this one, they’ll lose some serious ground on a first round bye.

As always, the keys for the Utes will be to hold onto the ball, and try not to fall into a drought of almost half the game.
