Utah at USC Open Game Thread

NCAA Football: Idaho State at Utah Rob Gray-USA TODAY Sports

Let’s do this. It’s fitting that the Utes start their conference season against USC, the team they’re trying to surpass as the flag bearer for the PAC-12 South. As Coach Whitt ha said, USC is the measuring stick for the PAC-12, and Utah matches up on paper, now it’s time to do it on the field.
USC is going to come into this game desperate after a loss to BYU a week ago. Utah needs to play a clean game, and if they do they’ll be in good shape tonight. Tyler Huntley will be called upon plenty tonight, as I expect the Trojans to zero in on Zack Moss and bring the house to stop him. Utah’s tight ends and wide outs have to be ready to make plays tonight.
On defense, confuse the freshman QB. Utah’s secondary is going to be busy tonight, and they need to play disciplined against these USC wide receivers.
Here we go, PAC-12 play is here.
