NCAA Football: Pac-12 Conference Championship-Oregon vs Utah Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

After almost a full year, and in a week where we’d be nearing the end of the regular season, with the finale usually a week away, the Utes are finally kicking off what is going to be an attempt at some kind of competitive 2020 campaign. After two cancellations the Utes will be on the field to take on USC tonight.

No fan really knows what to expect. Really no member of the media knows what to expect from the Utes. With a rebuilt defense, and a new starting quarterback, I’m not sure what expectations should be for this squad. The fact that they're playing is surprising in itself.

We don’t know how many games we’re going to see this season, and we don’t know how they’re going to turn out, but it will be fun to watch some football as we battle this pandemic — even if I’m a skeptic of the games being played at all.

Regardless, here we are #Pac12AfterDark style, so join us if you can and we’ll enjoy some Utah football.
