Fotu, Anae and Penisini all selected during final day of NFL Draft

The final number for the Utes was seven. Seven players were picked in the NFL Draft this season, which is essentially the number that many people were thinking would go. After Jaylon Johnson (2nd round), Julian BLackmon (3rd round), Zack Moss (3rd round) and Terrell Burgess were all picked (3rd round) during the first two days of the draft, three more Utes were selected on the third and final day.

Leki Fotu got things started for Utah on Saturday, as he was picked in the 4th round and the 114th pick overall by the Arizona Cardinals. Bradlee Anae was on the board a lot long than most expected, but he finally heard his name called in the 5th round and the 179th overall pick to the Dallas Cowboys. Lastly, John Penisini went in the 6th round at the 197th overall pick to the Detroit Lions.

With those three making the total of seven Utes picked, the Utes paced the Pac-12 in draftees. Each has a real chance to stick, especially Fotu and Anae. I think Anae is really going to open some eyes when he gets his shot. His 40 time may have hurt him from the combine, but he abused some of the offensive linemen that were picked very early in the draft.

Now the question as a Utah fan, which jerseys to I buy...
