Utah football picks up commitment from Florida running back Ricky Parks

The Utes have went back to the Florida pipeline to find a running back for the 2021 class. The Utes picked up a commitment from Ricky Parks, a three star rated running back from Tampa. The choice was between the Utes and Iowa.

Parks also had offers from Florida State, Penn State, and Pitt among others. He joins a deep group of running backs, led by Devin Brumfield and Jordan Wilmore. With the kind of talent that Utah brings in at running back, you know if a guy makes it on the field he’s a talented player.

Parks joins a small, for now, but talented class of recruits, led by four star QB Peter Costello, Trey Reynolds (three star linebacker), Kolkata Faaiu (three star guard), Viliami Pouha (three star defensive end) and Tevita Fotu (unrated defensive lineman).

It’s great to see the Florida pipeline paying off still, and with the success that Florida based players have had at Utah, they should have major interest in coming.

Welcome to the Utah family Ricky!
