The women’s programs are getting some serious love from across the Pac-12, as two of them have been picked to win the conference. The other team picked to win the Pac-12 took my by surprise, as the volleyball team was picked to win the league as well. In the volleyball league with Stanford, UCLA, USC and others, the Utes are picked to win the conference crown. That’s one hell of a job by Beth Launiere. The Utes are coming off a season in 2019 where they finished 24-10 overall and 14-6 in the Pac-12 sitting in a tie for third. They advanced to the Sweet 16 where they pushed eventual National Champion Stanford to a fifth set before the Cardinal prevailed.
