Utah basketball adds Bostyn Holt to roster

The game of musical chairs for the Utah basketball roster continues to go around, especially with the loss of Rylan Jones to USU and Pelle Larsson to Arizona. It’s almost like take a step forward, take two steps back. Craig Smith may be having the most volatile off-season ever. The program did add a new body with the addition of Bostyn Holt, a 6-7 forward transfer from Coffeyville Community College. Holt helped lead the Ravens to their second national championship. Holt averaged 9.6 points and 6.5 rebounds with a .569 shooting clip while starting in 21-of-30 games.

Holt is the fifth member to transfer into the Runnin’ Utes program, joining Gabe Madsen, David Jenkins Jr, Rollie Worster, and Marco Anthony. There are a few players in the portal that are considering Utah, and we may hear more about those players in the coming days. Let’s see who stays or who goes next!
