In Football News...

  • Yesterday was graduation for many student athletes at Utah. Here’s a cool photo from DB coach Sharrieff Shah of the Football graduates.
  • Here is some footage of Britain Covey at the Eagles rookie camp.
  • Former Florida QB Emory Jones announced he is transferring to ASU and his former teammate, now Ute Mohamoud Diabate is excited to go against his former teammate.
  • Utah has made a big impression in the trenches since joining the Pac-12. Utah players have won 27.3% of all Morris Trophies since joining the Pac-12. The Morris Trophy is given to the best offensive lineman and defensive lineman in the Pac-12 each year.
  • Mel Kiper Jr. has included Cam Rising as a potential first-round QB next year.
  • Clark Phillips III is listed as the 6th best NFL Draft prospect for 2023 from the Pac-12. A little low if you ask me. A bunch of Utes received honorable mention but landed outside of the top-10.
