Utah football signs OL Nick Carman

Utah football has announced the signing of Nick Carman, a composite 24/7 three-star offensive tackle out of Phoenix, Arizona. The 6-foot-3, 275 pound tackle joins an offensive line loaded class for the Utes in 2015. Add these young kids to the existing group of linemen on campus, and the Utes have quite a system of linemen for years to come.

Carman, like most of the offensive linemen that come in as freshmen, will likely sit out the 2015 season due to redshirt, and hopefully continue to develop under the newly appointed Co-OC Jim Harding.

The Utes understand where the bread is buttered in football, and that is in the trenches, and they showed that this class with the addition of a lot of offensive linemen.

Carman received offers from USU and Boise State, while receiving interest from other Pac-12 schools, like Colorado, Arizona and Arizona State.

Welcome to Utah Nick!
