Happy New Year! The Utes open Pac-12 play tonight against the Stanford Cardinal in Palo Alto. This is the first of a three game road stretch for the Runnin' Utes, as they begin the journey toward a hopeful Pac-12 Championship. Utah is coming into the game at 11-2 and ranked No. 21/22 in the country, while Stanford is 7-4 with losses to Texas, SMU, St Mary's, and Villanova.
This is a very winnable game for the Utes, and will be the easiest of the Bay Area match ups, as Cal has a lot of young talent on their roster. Stanford isn't an overwhelming opponent, and is one that Jakob Poeltl and co should put away - as long as they take care of the ball!
Here's how and when you can watch the game later today!
