The road trip started poorly for the Utes (11-3, 0-1), as they dropped the first game to the Stanford Cardinal in overtime. A turnover filled game, full of missed free throws cost the Utes what should have been an easy win. Now the Utes have to bounce back in Berkeley to try and beat the more talented Cal Bears (11-3, 1-0). Cal is coming off of a win over Colorado by a score of 79-65.
Cal is a much more talented team than Stanford, so Utah has to clean things up dramatically, or else it could get ugly. Another key is for Jakob Poeltl to stay out of foul trouble, because once he went out the Utah offense fell apart.
Here's how and when you can watch the game later today!
